JAWS DAYS 2020開催準備にあたり、多くの方々からの厚いご支援を賜り、心より感謝申し上げます。

さて、新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)につきまして、各報道機関で連日報道されており、本年の JAWS DAYS 2020 開催の有無について、ご懸念、並びにご心配なさっている方はいらっしゃるかと存じますが、現時点では感染予防施策を強化しイベントを開催する予定でございます。
ご来場の皆様におかれましては、感染予防施策として咳エチケットへのご配慮や必要に応じてマスクを着用する等、ご協力をお願い申し上げます。
なお、万が一体調不良を感じた場合には、参加をご遠慮いただきますよう、重ねてお願い申し上げます。
今後、開催までに官公庁または関係する公的機関より感染を防止するための協力要請がある場合、止むを得ず本イベントを中止する可能性がございます。
その場合は、遅滞なくWebサイトでの掲載、メール、SNS等でお知らせいたしますので、ご理解とご了承の程お願い申し上げます。

JAWS DAYS 2020 will be held at TOC Gotanda Messe in Tokyo Japan on March 14th 2020, as we JAWS DAYS Event Project Team have planned. However we are asking some corresponding for the Novel Coronavirus to all participants for this event.

Please check the situation of the Novel Coronavirus by governments or related public organizations. Some governments provide the restriction of travel policy to not only China mainland but Japan. These governments and public organizations policies must be prioritized.

We recommend that you wear a mask even if you have no problems with your health. We will not prepare face masks for all participants therefore you must have masks by yourselves. We ask all participants to take care cough etiquette like wearing a mask, washing hands and gargle. It’s hard to purchase masks in Japan therefore please prepare your masks in your country.

If you think that your condition is unusual, such as coughing, fever, or malaise, we recommend that you refrain from attending or visit a nearby medical institution and consult with them about attendance.

In the future, if the government or related public organizations are asking to cancel the event to prevent infection, we will notify you on the official website, email and SNS. We would appreciate your understanding.
